Current Projects & Pipeline

This project consists of three new buildings totaling roughly 35,000 square feet. Two of these buildings will be fronting Goose Creek Boulevard and the intersection of St. James Ave, Red Bank Rd, and Goose Creek Blvd. There will also be a new retail-flex building on the rear of the site. The new construction will be designated for a variety of retail, office, and flex-retail users. Expected completion: 4/1/2026 - 10/1/2026

This is a build-to-suit project that includes an office building, a wash bay and a large parking area to help Enterprise serve the Killian market of Columbia, SC.

This project is located right off of College Park Road in Summerville and will include roughly 10,000 square feet of light industrial space. Anticipated Completion is 12/1/2026.
