186 Acres Drive is a 20,000± square foot speculative building with roughly 2 acres of laydown yard. This light industrial property is perfect for a number of users that require nicely finished offices, large bay doors, ample lay down yard, and efficient warehouse space. Grescon Development will consider build-to-suit opportunities on the property or market the spec building for lease roughly 6 months before completion. Expected completion: 11/1/2024 - 2/1/2025
This project consists of four new buildings and one existing building, totaling roughly 48,000 square feet. Three of these buildings will be fronting Goose Creek Boulevard and the intersection of St. James Ave, Red Bank Rd, and Goose Creek Blvd. There will also be a new retail-flex building back-loaded on the site. The existing building serves as a daycare, while the new construction will be designated for a variety of retail, office, and flex-retail users. Expected completio : 1/1/2025 - 4/1/2025
